Refund & Returns Policy

At Savoreux, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—fairly, thoughtfully, and with care.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, inserts, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or damage upon arrival:

  • Used products

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email orders@savoreux.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Savoreux is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Savoreux directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Our team is always happy to help resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
